Job Description

Eufinger Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing Pune Studio and lead architecture projects across high-end residential and commercial sectors.

This role is ideal for a design-driven and technically strong architect who can confidently lead projects from concept through construction documentation and site coordination. The Senior Architect will oversee design development, manage project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure design integrity and technical precision throughout all project phases.

We are looking for someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with deep technical expertise, clear communication, and leadership maturity. This role will play a key part in shaping design standards, mentoring junior architects, and contributing to the continued growth of Eufinger Studio.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

• 8–12+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership across residential and/or commercial projects.

• Strong experience leading projects from concept through construction documentation and site coordination.

• Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written). Marathi or Hindi required for coordination with local consultants, vendors, and site teams.

• Strong conceptual design ability combined with excellent technical execution skills.

• Deep understanding of construction systems, detailing, specifications, and coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

• Strong knowledge of building materials, systems, and construction methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and collaborators.

• Ability to maintain high design standards while meeting timelines and budgets.

• Proficiency in the majority of the following softwares:
  Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Twinmotion or other visualization tools, Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong architectural drawing, detailing, and visualization skills; hand sketching ability is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead architecture projects from concept design through construction documentation and execution.

• Develop and oversee design concepts, spatial planning, and technical detailing.

• Manage project timelines, task allocation, and coordination across internal teams.

• Review and guide the work of junior and mid-level architects.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialty consultants.

• Lead coordination with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

• Participate in and lead client meetings and design presentations.

• Review drawing sets for accuracy, completeness, and quality control.

• Contribute to development of studio standards, templates, and workflows.

• Assist in preparing architectural proposals and fee breakdowns.

• Participate in site visits, site reviews, and construction coordination meetings.

• Support the growth and development of the Pune architecture team.

• Engage in continuing professional development and industry research.
