Eufinger Studio Unveils a New Residential Vision for Pune
A Landmark Facing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park
Eufinger Studio is proud to unveil its latest residential project, Ceto, located in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, and commissioned by developer, Anshul Group. Positioned directly across from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park, one of Pune’s key public spaces, Ceto is designed not only as a place to live—but as a prominent architectural statement within the urban fabric of the city.

A Contemporary Façade Rooted in Craft
At first glance, Ceto’s architecture sets it apart through its rhythmic facade of brick and blue tile. This material palette lends the building both a tactile warmth and visual identity. The brickwork gives structure and definition, while the glazed blue tile provides contrast and vibrancy, catching light in dynamic ways throughout the day.
Ceto’s elevation is structured using a series of repeating arched forms, derived from both Greek and Hindu architectural influences. While mythology lent the project its name and symbolic starting point, the design quickly evolved into a formal study of symmetry, geometry, and visual clarity. These arches are arranged in mirrored grids that create patterns echoing coral forms—organic, fluid, and uniquely adapted to the building’s setting.

Designed for Comfort, Climate, and Community
Beyond its exterior, Ceto is a building conceived with liveability and comfort at its core. Each home is designed to maximize cross-ventilation and natural daylight, with internal planning that responds to Pune’s climate throughout the day. The project features a lush green space at its front edge and elevated rooftop amenities, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
All residential units are Vastu-considered and thoughtfully planned to accommodate both privacy and community. From a generous entrance lobby to shared rooftop terraces, the experience is about more than shelter—it’s about connection.

A Thoughtful Response to a Prominent Urban Site
Given its prominent location across from a major public park, Ceto has been designed with architectural responsibility in mind. The building’s distinct identity and crafted detailing offer a refreshing contrast to its urban surroundings. Its presence adds character to the streetscape and becomes part of the everyday experience of those who walk by.
